Overview

Meetings rarely have formal rules and most people would resent an autocrat calling on them to speak (or be silent!). Yet, if there is no control, the discussion can move off in a direction never intended by the person who called the meeting. This workshop is designed to help those who have to lead discussions - formal or informal. It is also aimed at those who have to present and/or defend their cases at meetings.


Particpiant Profile

Anybody who has to chair meetings and wants to learn more about how his or her style of leadership is perceived by the others - and how these could be improved. Those who would benefit from gentle assertiveness when leading a discussion.
